This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and owais hamouda ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Aleb mobile application ("Application").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Aleb, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal and lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual property rights to you.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Application except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application or any part of it.
Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its servers, systems, accounts, or related services.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Application.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Application may require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, or other account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Application and for ensuring that your activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

You must not use Aleb in a manner that could harm other users, the Developer, the Application, or its underlying systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Application.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services, libraries, platforms, APIs, or other technologies to provide certain features or functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

7. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

We may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, or other modifications to the Application. You may need to install updates in order to continue using certain features.

8. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or the Developer.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Application and ceasing all use of it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate this Agreement or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information through the Application are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any updated version will be posted through an appropriate location associated with the Application.

Your continued use of the Application after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the Application and supersedes prior agreements relating to the same subject matter, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
